BMT drive solutions was conceived as a unifying group brand for three established subsidiaries: Automotive, Industrial, and Rail. Because each entity held strong recognition and credibility within its own market, an immediate rebranding was neither desirable nor strategically appropriate.

Instead, a phased transition strategy was developed. The business lines initially remained visible under the umbrella of BMT drive solutions, allowing the group to build awareness and trust around the new parent brand while preserving the existing market value of each division.
The ultimate objective was to gradually evolve towards a single, cohesive brand identity: BMT drive solutions.
